In this virtual listening session, Motus Recruiting invites you to share the key qualities, skills, and experiences needed for a successful City Administrator. Your input will be essential in helping the incoming mayor understand community priorities.

In January 2025, the City of Portland will be moving to a new form of government, which will include appointing its first-ever City Administrator. The City has partnered with Motus Recruiting to collect essential information, ensuring the most qualified candidate is chosen for this crucial role.

Our first step is to hear from Portlanders, the people who will be most affected by this change. Opportunities to influence the leadership that will guide our city forward include two listening sessions (June 26, 2024, 1-2p.m. or August 8, 2024, 1-2p.m.) and a key attributes online survey open from June 14 to August 12.
