Chief Administrative Officer Michael Jordan and the charter transition team hosted a panel of leaders who currently serve or have served in a deputy administrator role in other cities and jurisdictions on the importance of these leadership roles in delivering community priorities. Each panel member shared their unique experiences and strategies on effectively navigating and adapting to complex and fast-paced environments to support employees and departments, maintain open and clear lines of communication among and between leadership, and advance a positive workplace culture.
