- For agenda items that accept verbal and written testimony, registration is available when the agenda is published.
- Those who wish to testify verbally on an agenda item must sign up in advance on the committee agenda or by calling 311.
- Registration for virtual testimony closes one hour prior to the Council meeting.
- In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
