Public comment

Provide verbal public comment

1. Sign up to provide verbal public comment at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Any requests to provide public comment after this time will be for the following meeting.
2. The facilitator will call on you when it is your turn during the meeting.
3. If you are on Zoom, you will be invited to unmute and start your video.
4. You will have up to three minutes for public comment. If more than four people sign up, your time may be reduced to one minute.

Provide written public comment

1. Email sustainabilityoffice@portlandoregon.gov or call/text 503-260-4182 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to provide written public comment. Any requests to provide public comment after this time will be shared during the following meeting.
2. Include your full name, "Commission public comment", and your written public comment in your message.
3. The facilitator will read aloud your name and public comment during the meeting.
