Prosper Portland vendor support
The Portland Office of Small Business at Prosper Portland launched in the spring of 2025 to centralize small business assistance and services provided through the City of Portland. It also collaborates with City bureaus to streamline service delivery for Portland's small businesses. With the support of three small business liaisons, local small businesses citywide receive one-on-one support navigating City services and processes, such as permitting and business registration, as well as referrals to community partners. In addition, the Office of Small Business website contains start up guides, information on how to manage your business, and a detailed page on permitting. The Portland Events and Film Office at Prosper Portland also has a resource guide for planning an event on their website that provides information for anyone looking to plan an event.
