Pricing Information

To increase access to Portland Sunday Parkways events for small, emerging and underrepresented businesses we have the following vendor fee categories:   

Per event and per 10'x10' space:  

  • $250 - Large businesses and corporations 
    • Companies with more than 20 employees 
    • Regional or national companies  
  • $125 Small Businesses 
    • Local businesses and start ups 
  • $125 Food Vendors 
    • Food carts/trucks 
    • Food booths 
  • $75 Non-profits 
  • Payment is due upon registration.  
  • Regarding cancellation, 10 Day notice is required to receive a full refund.

Vendor Scholarship Program

Portland Sunday Parkways offers a limited amount of event scholarships to increase access for small and underrepresented businesses and organizations. You may apply for a request to waive the cost of your vendor registration fee at Portland Sunday Parkways events. We receive many scholarship requests and in order to support as many businesses as possible we prioritize scholarships requests from new vendors first.  Applications must be submitted three weeks before the selected event date. 

The step-by-step process:

  1. Fill out the 2024 Portland Sunday Parkways Vendor Scholarship Application (click the blue button below).
  2. Once submitted, the Sunday Parkways team will review the information and be in touch.
    1. The Sunday Parkways team will send you a code to waive the vendor fees if the application is approved. Use this code while filling out the vendor registration form. [Click here to be redirected to vendor registration].
