Apply to be a vendor at Sunday Parkways

Are you interested in being at vendor at a Sunday Parkways event?  Vendors sell food and non-food items, promote their organization or campaign, recruit volunteers and more.

We will have opportunities at our three events: 

• Sunday, May 7th in East Portland  - Applications closed

• Sunday, June 25th in Northeast Cully - Accepting applications

• Sunday, September 10 in Southwest Portland - Accepting applications

Sunday Parkways has partnered with Prosper Portland to provide vendor support to those needing help filling out the application or navigating the permitting process. Vendors are encouraged to reach out to Prosper Portland at pdxsmallbizhub.com or call the hotline at 503-241-4594 to get help. Language-specific inquiries can also be requested here. Portland Sunday Parkways offers a limited amount of event scholarships to increase access for small and underrepresented businesses and organizations. You may apply for a request to waive the cost of your vendor registration fee at Portland Sunday Parkways events. Applications must be submitted two weeks before the selected event date.

Vendor Scholarship Application

To increase access to Sunday Parkways events for small, emerging and underrepresented businesses we have the following vendor fee categories:  

• $250 - Large businesses, Corporations and other
  • Companies with more than 20 employees
  • Regional or national companies
• $125 - Food Vendors & Small Businesses
  •  Local food vendors
  • Local businesses in their first two years
  • Local businesses with less than 20 employees
• $125 - Mobile vendors
  • No space assigned in marketplaces
  • Businesses who would like to be moving throughout the event
• $75 - Non-profits*
