Fire Safety with Fire & Rescue

Classes and Activities

Join Fire & Rescue on Portland Sunday Parkways

Fireworks during the Fourth of July are a tradition, but did you know that more fires are reported on this day than on any other of the year in the United States? Nearly half of these fires are caused by fireworks. We hope that you enjoyed your holiday.  Keep a few simple safety tips in mind for next year, and keep your loved ones safe.

This Sunday Parkways safety discussion to be hosted by Portland Fire & Rescue will take place on Wednesday at 3 pm. To join the class on Wednesday, August 4th, go to our Sunday Parkways Facebook page.  Click here to join through zoom.
