A Zine Workshop For You and Your Art Buddy
A movement, visualization, drawing and writing workshop to explore self reflection, your body's intelligence and the wonder of your imagination. We will start the hour mapping sensations of our body in the present moment, then spend some time tending to our bodies, and end by exploring the prompt "how has the last year changed how you relate to yourself and/or others?" No experience necessary.
Materials needed:
Enough room to lay down and to move your arms while standing, a comfortable pillow for sitting.

They weave their movement with text, sounds and images. Their work explores emotional landscapes, spiritual experiences, taboos, and multiplicities of identity, belonging, connection.
