Joe Ferreira will lead this week's Fitness Takeover!
Joe will bring a class of Samba no Pé, originally from Brazil and danced in all the continents. It's a uplifting, high-energy dance, where you will learn more about your body and have a great time dancing!
Participants will need:
-Clothes they are comfortable moving in
-Water

Joe is a pro dancer from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with more than 20 years of experience in dance, and major skills in many dance style
