Well known Portland bicycling advocate, leader of the Portland Black Girls Do Bike chapter and Forge Fitness coach will be joining us this week as the Sunday Parkways Fitness Takeover Host. On Friday, she will take us through a Vinyasa Yoga workout - the perfect way to round out the week.
What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga Flow: In this style of yoga we will string together a series of postures, connecting breath and movement. We will flow through a series of postures, building heat in the body, as we focus on increasing both strength and flexibility.
