Changes to credit and debit card processing fees

Starting June 3, 2025, customers who use a credit or debit card to pay their sewer, stormwater, and water bill will pay a 2.95% processing fee. To avoid this fee, customers can make an electronic payment directly from their bank account. Learn more.

News Release: Portland Sunday Parkways, Presented by Kaiser Permanente, expands in 2025 with four car-free street events, including a return to Downtown Portland!

This year, Sunday Parkways will return to Southwest Portland on May 18, Northeast Cully on June 29, and East Portland on July 27 -- and to Downtown Portland on Sept. 14.
