Portland Street Response assists people experiencing mental health and behavioral health crises.

Call 911 or 503-823-PSR3 (7773) to request service anywhere in the city.

We operate from 6 a.m. to midnight, every day of the week.

The program is part of Portland's Public Safety Service Area.
