The Safe Rest Village Program is just one of several alternative outdoor shelters, and those are just one of many types of programs that exist to help people avoid houselessness or help them if they are experiencing houselessness.  This new informational graphic was created by our program in partnership with staff at the Portland Housing Bureau and the Joint Office of Homeless Services to help paint a picture of the larger system of support and services.
