City of Portland Shelter Services 2023-24 Annual Report

Over the past year the City of Portland's Shelter Services program has expanded to include 10 shelters, including the original Safe Rest Villages, Temporary Alternative Shelter Sites, and a congregate shelter, all under the same umbrella.  All sites offer 24/7 staffing, services, case management and support navigating to housing. This Video Annual Report compliments our written Annual Report, sharing the impact of our program on participants and the community.  The video highlights participant and provider stories bringing together the work and effort to reduce suffering on Portland streets.
