Staffing: At least three staff members will be on location at all times.  Additional staff will flex up and down based on utilization. Portland Love, the Urban Alchemy neighborhood ambassador/outreach team, will have a presence in the surrounding community.

Available Transportation: Portland Streetcar stop 4 blocks west, next to green and yellow line Max stops, also next to Union Station for potential reunification opportunities.

Purpose: The NW Glisan Oasis offers a safe and managed outdoor space where people can go to rest, meet with their outreach worker, access basic hygiene and other services, and build community. The outdoor day center model provides a daytime space open to all, especially for people in Portland who are experiencing homelessness.
