Sunderland RV Safe Park - DECOMMISSIONED


Decommissioning

Based on a budgetary decision from Portland City Council, the Sunderland RV Safe Park site was decommissioned in September 2025.  County and Salvation Army staff are working with participants on their next step of their housing journey.

Shelter Type: RV Safe Park Village, a temporary outdoor shelter, with case management, amenities, and mental and behavioral health services on-site for those living in RVs.
