Central Eastside and Northwest district businesses wanting to free up their own parking for people who live and work in the district, may apply to the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) for a shared-use parking permit. This is a pilot program. No fee to apply.
Residents and businesses in specific zones may apply to the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) for permits to park longer than visitor time limits. Only people who live or work in zone A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N R, S, T, U may use the online service. Fees apply.
