Services and Resources

Provide testimony on a specific agenda item, sign up for a Communication, submit written testimony, or provide feedback on policy or actions of the City of Portland to a member of Council.

Written testimony will be distributed to members of Council and added to the public record if received before Council votes unless otherwise stated during the meeting or on the agenda. Written testimony is not read out loud during the meeting and is accepted on resolutions, reports and ordinances.
