During the COVID-19 emergency, we are not charging late fees and will not disconnect water due to payment issues. Customers are still responsible for charges accrued during this time.
Employers and payroll service providers must submit Metro Supporting Housing Services (SHS) and Multnomah County Preschool For All (PFA) Personal Income Tax withholdings to the City of Portland's Revenue Division.
Booking Agents, like Airbnb or FlipKey, must file transient lodgings monthly reports with the Revenue Division.
Operators of hotel/motel lodgings must file transient lodgings quarterly or monthly reports with the Revenue Division.
Owners and/or operators of bed & breakfasts, vacation rentals (owner/operator does not live at home), or "home stay" (owner/operator lives at home) lodgings must file transient lodgings quarterly or monthly reports with the Revenue Division.
Parking tickets issued by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) are adjudicated through the Multnomah County Court system. You have 30 days from the date on your ticket to work through the options below, or the citation will be delinquent and you risk increased fines and vehicle impound.

To make a payment online you will need the permit number and the amount due. This information can be located on the invoice you received in the mail. If you cannot find your invoice, call 503-823-1256 for assistance.
Property Management License (Enhanced Service Districts, or ESDs) fees are paid to the City of Portland's Revenue Division.
