This page tells you how to file complaints alleging violations of the City's campaign finance regulations.

Liability claims can be for personal injury, property damage or for damages or losses that involve a city vehicle. See the two options below and choose the correct form to file.

Claimant must submit a claim within 180 days of the incident.

Relocation assistance is paid to the tenant and triggered by the specific events listed in the Administrative Rules. The landlord must notify PHB within 30 days by submitting a Notice of Relocation Payment form.

If you already tried to resolve your complaint with the lot operator who issued you a parking penalty notice but were unsuccessful, you may file a complaint to the City of Portland. You must file your complaint no later than 90 days from the mailing date of the first penalty payment letter.
