Vibrant Communities attracts people to Portland and makes this a great place to live, work, do business, or visit. We create welcoming spaces and opportunities for human connection by uniting recreation, arts, parks and youth programming to maximize resources and intentional community-building.
Public Works provides clean drinking water, reliable sewer and stormwater management, and keeps our transportation system safe and accessible so people can get where they need to go. We also prepare for the impacts of climate change, with a focus on Portland’s most vulnerable populations.
