  • This is a large, paved site owned by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT).  They have relocated their machinery and other needs to a nearby Port of Portland owned property. PBOT needs are met equally well at the new location.

This will be Portland's first RV Safe Park location.  Dignity Village is a nearby neighbor.  There has been significant community support for use of this location as an RV Safe Park, dating back to before the SRV program existed.  We look forward to continuing to grow the range of services available for our unhoused neighbors.
