City Code is the collection of laws passed and amended by ordinance or by voter-approved measure. City Code is organized into Titles, Chapters, and Sections. A Title generally encompasses one broad subject, such as Administration or Trees. Major divisions within Titles are called Chapters, and divisions within Chapters are called Sections.
