If you received a loan from a payday lender and you have a complaint, please fill out the complaint form below and mail it to the City of Portland.

Restaurants or delivery drivers may file a complaint if a third-party platform (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.) charges a higher fee than the allowed amount on an order.

If you already tried to resolve your complaint with the lot operator who issued you a parking penalty notice but were unsuccessful, you may file a complaint to the City of Portland. You must file your complaint no later than 90 days from the mailing date of the first penalty payment letter.
