Request and view your certificate of compliance online
To request your certificate of compliance, you must first register for a Revenue Division tax account. If you register online, you'll be asked to create a Portland Revenue Online (PRO) account.
To print a copy of your certificate of compliance online:
Log into your PRO account at Portland Revenue Online.
To set up a PRO account, use the 'Create a PRO username' link and follow the prompts. You'll need the Letter ID and Account ID found at the top of a letter we've previously sent to you.
- Once you're logged in, click the 'Request a Certificate of Compliance' link in the 'Portland/MultCo Business Tax' panel. Your business tax account must be in compliance for the certificate to generate.
- Once issued, you can find the certificate in 'Letters'. Click 'View Letters' under the 'More…' tab.
