Apply for a Payday Lender Permit

Each payday lender location in the City of Portland needs a payday lender permit. The permit must be renewed every year and is paid through the City of Portland.

The form should take roughly 5 minutes to complete.

1) Download and fill out the appropriate application

2) Submit your application and payment to us

The permit fee is $1,500 per location. Write your check for any amount due with your application and make it payable to 'City of Portland.'
