We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards (with an additional 2.45% convenience fee). Electronic funds transfers (ACH payments) do not have a convenience fee.
Pay your Property Management License fees by mail
Make your check payable to the "City of Portland".
Returned checks will incur a $35 charge (returned check charge policy).
