If you are filing and paying your Arts Tax by mail or in person, download and fill out the Arts Tax Return.

2. Submit your tax return with payment or your exemption to us
Make the check or money order payable to 'City of Portland.'
Returned checks will incur a $35 charge (returned check charge policy).
