Revenue Division Appeals Board Meeting
The City of Portland Revenue Division Appeals Board will hold a partial public and then an executive session. The public session will include an agenda review, election of board chairperson and vice chairperson, and discussions around public meeting law requirements, board rules and member responsibilities. The Board will then go into an executive session for docket management and discuss cases under consideration. At the end of the executive session, they will come out of to end the session.

Taxpayer and Division representatives appearing for hearings should review the Scheduling Order for their individual Appeal for further important information for hearings before the Board.
Representatives appearing before the Board for hearings should also be familiar with the Board Rules, dated April 18, 2024, which are available on the Revenue Division Appeals Board web page.
