The City of Portland Revenue Division will hold a public hearing on administrative rules interpreting the Business License Law. The proposed administrative rules relate the Residential Rental Registration (RRR) fee inflation adjustment and Downtown Business Incentive (DBI) credit. The effect of the amended RRR rule is to increase the fee as required by code. The effect of the new DBI rules is to provide clarity around specific provisions in the code.

The hearing will be recorded which is a public record. The hearing may close early depending upon the number of people providing oral testimony.
