Central Eastside Industrial District
The Central Eastside Industrial District is a 681-acre enhanced service district encompassing property south of I-84 to Powell and from the Willamette River to SE 12th Ave. Property owners within the district pay the property management license fee, which is administered by the City's Revenue Division. Billing Information
- Bills are mailed on or around May 1, and the first of two installment payments is due on July 1.
- 2nd installment bills are mailed on December 1, and the payment is due on February 1.
Any unpaid amounts will be assessed penalties and interest until paid. Payments must be paid online or postmarked no later than the due date.
