We encourage you to contact our office any time you feel a City bureau, office or employee has treated you unfairly. You will communicate directly with an Ombudsman's office team member who is objective and impartial.
Relocation assistance is paid to the tenant and triggered by the specific events listed in the Administrative Rules. The landlord must notify PHB within 30 days by submitting a Notice of Relocation Payment form.

Call our hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week to report pollution or spills. For example, if someone is washing paint down a storm drain or if you see a strange discharge coming from a pipe, call us.
