How to prepare your submittal
The public works process relies on plans to review, build, and inspect the permitted jobs. To understand what is required in submitting your final plans review the Plan Preparation for Public Works Permitting page.
Find commonly used technical resources for public works permitting projects including transportation, signals and street lighting, streetcar, sewer, stormwater, trees, and water manuals and standards. Please review the Manuals and Standards for Public Works Permitting page.
Complete the document required for the final plans submittal. This document will need to be uploaded as part of your online submittal.
NOTE: After log-in, the submittal form will prompt you to add applicable project information, attach required forms and plans, and must be complete before allowing you to submit.
CAUTION: Make sure that the forms and plans that you file are complete and accurately reflect your previously reviewed development objectives, design concepts and development plans.
The City will charge you additional fees if you need to request additional meetings to complete this step in the permitting process.
