Complete the document required for a design development submittal. This document will need to be uploaded as part of your online submittal.
CAUTION: Make sure that the forms and final plans that you submit are complete and accurately reflect previously reviewed development objectives and design concepts.
The checklist in the online form is intended as a general guide to accept or reject plans into the public works permit review process. City staff may request additional information specific to the project before design development plan intake can be completed.
