Parkrose-Argay Development Study

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) worked with staff, public, and current and former of members of three modal committees (bicycle, freight, pedestrian) to understand what is and isn't working, explore tradeoffs and benefits, and alternatives for meaningful community engagement.
The PILR project is a technical study of investments or policy changes that could make more of our existing industrial land ready for development. The project will inform the Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) and include a series of Technical Advisory Committee meetings.
