- Portland Vendor Directory: Actively maintained directory of locally owned firms, non-COBID certified and COBID certified
- City Bureaus: Inclusive Contracting Consultations to increase equity on upcoming City projects
- New vendors: Introduction to Inclusive Contracting Services
- Community outreach and engagement
- Advocacy to support City and contractor business relationships before and after contract award
- Contracts to provide firms assistance with the COBID application process, and business development services.
- Resources to support firms meeting standard City contract compliance requirements.
