2. Patience must be exercised while navigating the public procurement process, and during interactions with City staff.
3. Inclusive Contracting clients will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
4. Slander, disrespectful, rude, overly aggressive, and abusive behaviors will not be tolerated.
5. Open, clear and honest communication is encouraged.
6. Inclusive Contracting clients must be prepared to participate in City opportunities as recommended by the Inclusive Contracting Manager.
