The City of Portland is introducing a new system to manage supplier registration, bidding, and contracting processes. This worksession will help both new and existing suppliers successfully register in SAP Ariba.

The Inclusive Contracting Management team, part of Procurement Services, is offering dedicated resources and interactive worksessions to support suppliers with SAP Ariba Supplier Registration, Sourcing, and Contracting. Whether you are a long-standing partner or new to working with the City, these sessions are designed to guide you through the process and ensure you have the tools needed to succeed.

In these sessions, suppliers will receive detailed guidance on registering with SAP Ariba and 1:1 support.

  • W9
  • ACH Information (Voided Check or Letter from Bank)
  • Portland Business License
  • laptop, and/or mobile device equipped capable of transferring documents
