March is National Procurement Month, and the City of Portland Procurement Services is hosting trainings and workshops March 18 and 25, 2025. Each will cover different topics and is aimed at supporting local contractors with City projects.

Come join Procurement Services for Bonding and Technical Assistance Program (BTAP) Trainings. These trainings will provide an opportunity for the small business community to directly engage with the City of Portland’s procurement professionals, learn how to do business with the City, and receive support  navigating the procurement process.

We are offering both in-person and virtual participation options through a partnership between the City of Portland, the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) – Oregon and Professional Business Development Group (PBDG)
