COBID Certification Assistance and Business Development Services

Procurement Services awarded two (2) contracts to provide Business Certification and Contractor Development Services.  These services are offered free of charge to locally owned firms.   

Overview of contracted Services:

1. Provide assistance to firms applying for (or renewing) COBID certification.
2. Assist firms with meeting standard City contract compliance requirements. (for example: online vendor registration, business tax registration, etc.)
3. Assist firms with developing and submitting offers in response to City contract opportunities. 
4. Provide business assessments, including preparedness for City contract opportunities, capacity building, and referrals.
5. Offer trainings on City business compliance requirements, public solicitation process, and other relevant courses.
