Information on recent email scam concerning payment for land use reviews
Recently some Permitting & Development customers who applied for land use reviews received phishing messages from someone posing as a City official. These messages sought unnecessary payments via wire transfer to complete the review of their applications. Learn more about this concern.

The City of Portland’s Permit Center, located at 1900 SW Fourth Ave., is now open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 4 p.m. for in-person 15-minute appointments, to perform basic permit research, and to pay fees.
