In-person services in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave. are limited to Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon. Pre-scheduled appointments are needed for most in-person services. Many building permit services are available online 24 hours a day. Learn more.

The Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC) is an advisory body representing those with interests in the outcomes of policies, budgets, regulations, and procedures that affect development review processes. Its meetings are regularly held on the third Thursday of the month from 8 to 10 a.m.
Regularly scheduled Design Commission Hearings are the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. This meeting includes a Speaker Series presentation.
Regularly scheduled Historic Landmarks Commission Hearings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
