Add View Only members in ProjectDox

The applicant for each project is responsible for completing all applicant tasks. You can get help from your team with View Only access.

Team members with View Only access can review markups and comments. They can also run reports to track project status. 

Add members to your project with View Only access.

1. Open a task eForm.
2. Click the Group Management tab.
3. Select Applicant Associates in the Invite to Group line.
4. Enter your team member’s name and email address.
5. Click Invite User.
