Use this form to certify that you have met the private tree planting requirements of your Tree Non-Development Removal/Replant permit.
This self-certification form is optional. If not submitted, Tree Permitting staff will inspect once the permit has expired. This form is only used for PRIVATE property tree planting of “UF” permits issued by Tree Permitting.
You will be notified by email once your submission has been reviewed.
If approved, your permit will be moved to “Final” status. If not approved, you will be scheduled for a monitoring inspection. The monitoring inspection has no associated cost. After Urban Forestry staff make a field inspection, you will be notified if all permit conditions have been met or if there are remaining conditions that need to be corrected.
