You may use this form to report tree Code violations as detailed below. For Tree Emergencies that present imminent hazards to a public street or sidewalk please call the Tree Hotline 503-823-TREE(8733).
The form may take 15 minutes to complete.
Gather information
For reporting the following problems:
- Dead or hazard trees
- Street tree removal, pruning, or planting without a permit
- Private tree removal without a permit
- Failure to plant when required
- Topping of trees
- Tree grates interfering with street trees
For other tree concerns, consult one of the service options below.
You will need a way for us to contact you, and details about the site of the complaint. You may choose to remain anonymous, however.
