Updated NSFR Sample Site Plan just released

Label: News Article
An updated New Single Family Residential (NSFR) Sample Site Plan is now available to aid in the permitting process.
Published

The last time the NSFR Sample Site Plan was updated was in 2015.

Over the past few months, staff from the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) and the four public infrastructure bureaus (Transportation, Urban Forestry, Environmental Services, and Water) reviewed and updated the NSFR Sample Site Plan, eliminating inaccurate information and clarifying important requirements that are often missed by our customers. Customers who follow this new version of the site plan should experience fewer checksheets and a quicker review timeline.

Now that that updated sample site plan is published, the same workgroup is creating an online resource guide that will detail how to include more complex site plan requirements, such as lots with slopes. There will also be guidelines for simpler projects, like demolitions. Both guides should be available to customers by the end of January.

This project was managed by the Permit Improvement Project team, dedicated to improving the City’s development permitting processes and policies.
