Run and export ProjectDox reports

ProjectDox reports provide status and other details about your project. You can access and print them at any time in the review cycle.

Run reports in ProjectDox

Open your project and select the Reports tab.
Select the report icon next to the name of the report you would like to run.

The report opens in a new popup window.

To download the report, select the save icon at the top of the report popup screen.
Select Excel from the drop list to export the report for easy sorting and filtering.

Here is a list of reports that may be helpful:

Plan Review – Workflow Routing Slip: Displays the sequential route of all tasks for the workflow.
Plan Review – All Unresolved Comments: Lists the review comments, Checklist and Changemark details for a workflow instance review cycle.
Plan Review – Review Comments: Includes "Info. Only" comments.
Plan Review – Portland Department Review Status: Displays the status of all reviews for a workflow and provides reviewer contact.
Current Project – All Uploaded Files with Sheet Sizes: All uploaded files with sheet sizes within this project. Make sure sheet sizes are the same size to assist with the batch stamp process.
