Information
When accessing ProjectDox on an Android device, the Microsoft Edge web browser will require minor setting changes.
Microsoft Edge browser on iPad. Settings menu with View desktop site icon outlined.A new tab in your browser will open and, after a moment with a “Loading Viewer” spinner, the document or drawing will appear. The document will display in Edge’s built-in PDF viewer, which lacks the features of ProjectDox Viewer.
To access the full features of the ProjectDox View, tap the three dots (...) at the bottom of the browser.
Initially, the menu only shows some of the options. Tap and gently drag the menu upward to reveal the remaining options.
Tap View desktop site. The file page will reload, opening your file with the BRAVA navigation tools (i.e. annotate, measure, etc.).
Enable ProjectDox Pop-Ups in Edge
ProjectDox uses pop-up windows. If you tap on something in ProjectDox and nothing seems to happen, it’s likely that Edge is blocking ProjectDox from opening pop-up windows. You will need to enable pop-ups within Edge.
Open Microsoft Edge.
Tap the three dots (...) at the bottom of the browser.
