For in-person meetings at Portland Permitting & Development (PP&D), get parking validation instructions and directions to the parking garage.

Directions to PP&D parking garage 

When driving North on SW 4th Ave or turning right onto it from SW Lincoln St, turn right into the PSU Engineering (1930 SW 4th St) underground parking structure. The entrance is right after you pass the Jacobs Center building.

At the ticket machine, press the green button to take your ticket and proceed to park on level P1 (general parking). The PP&D lobby is located on level PL. 

Parking validation instructions for PP&D advisory group members

Parking validation is available by invitation only for PP&D board and commission members. 

Please bring the parking ticket to the meeting to be validated.

If you don't validate your parking ticket, you will pay the current hourly rate or full-day rate for parking.
