BES requests public comment on proposed changes to the Stormwater Management Manual and Title 17.38
The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services will accept public comment on proposed revisions to the City’s Stormwater Management Manual (SWMM) and Portland City Code Title 17.38 from 8 a.m. May 18, 2020 through 5 p.m. June 19, 2020.

Deconstruction Ordinance Expansion
Portland’s existing deconstruction ordinance is expanding. Effective on and after January 20, 2020 permit applications for demolition of a house or duplex built in 1940 or earlier will be required to deconstruct using a Certified Deconstruction Contractor.
