Permitting & Development’s Land Use Services division is pleased to partner with Prosper Portland’s Office of Small Business at its monthly community office hours to offer helpful information about how the City’s zoning rules affect small businesses.

Land use planners from Permitting & Development will join all five of the remaining community office hours for this quarter, held across the city, from Friday, Feb. 27, through Friday, March 20. Staff will be available to answer questions about zoning regulations and how they may apply to new businesses or those altering their operations, building or site.
This quarter's community office hours will be held:
- Friday, Feb. 27, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Bar Carlo, 6433 SE Foster Rd.
- Wednesday, March 18, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Northwest Community Conservancy, 1328 NW Kearney St.
- Thursday, March 19, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Rosewood Initiative, 14127 SE Stark St.
- Thursday, March 19, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Our 42nd Avenue, 4636 NE 42nd Ave.
- Friday, March 20, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Bar Carlo
